Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of COVACHI secure connectivity services, account features, subscription management, support channels, digital instructions and related service materials.

COVACHI is provided as a technical private connectivity service. The service is intended for lawful personal or business connectivity, account-based access management and secure use across supported devices.

The service must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, attacks, fraud, infringement, harassment, circumvention of legal obligations, interference with third-party systems, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Users are responsible for keeping account access, email access, subscription links, device configurations and any related credentials confidential. A private subscription link must not be shared, resold, published or transferred without permission.

COVACHI may limit, suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, used in violation of these Terms, creates legal, security or operational risk, or if required by a payment provider, infrastructure provider, court order, regulator or applicable law.

Trial access may be limited by duration, email address, device policy, availability and abuse-prevention rules. Trial access is provided to test basic compatibility before purchasing paid access.

Paid access is provided for the period shown in the user account or checkout flow. Renewal normally extends the existing access period and may keep the same private subscription link, unless technical or security reasons require reconfiguration.

Prices, available plans, supported apps, supported platforms and service locations may change. Any active paid access already purchased remains subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase, unless a mandatory legal requirement requires otherwise.

COVACHI aims to maintain stable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Connectivity may be affected by device settings, third-party apps, networks, hosting providers, maintenance, force majeure, payment issues or legal restrictions.

Support is available through the official contact email. Support may request the account email, payment reference, approximate time of issue, device type and non-sensitive diagnostic information. Users should not send passwords, private keys or unrelated personal data.

Refunds, cancellations and payment issues are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection rules. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms.

COVACHI may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security requirements or provider changes. The version date shown on this page identifies the current version.
