Data Processing Consent

By creating an account, requesting an access code, activating trial access, purchasing access or contacting support, the user confirms that COVACHI may process the account and service data required to provide the requested service.

The processed data may include email address, account identifier, authentication status, subscription status, tariff, access expiration date, device-key identifiers, payment metadata, support communication and technical identifiers required to issue and maintain secure connectivity access.

The purposes of processing include account creation, authentication, access provisioning, subscription management, payment handling, renewal, service emails, customer support, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service security and compliance with applicable legal or provider requirements.

Where processing is necessary to provide the service, manage payment, maintain security or comply with law, COVACHI may process the required data under contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation rather than consent alone.

Where consent is used as the lawful basis, the user may withdraw consent by contacting support@covachi.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place before withdrawal and may not remove data that must be retained for legal, payment, accounting, security or abuse-prevention reasons.

If consent or required processing permission is withdrawn, COVACHI may be unable to provide account access, active subscription management, support, renewal, setup instructions or related service functions.
