Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how COVACHI reviews refund, cancellation and payment issue requests for paid secure connectivity access.
Trial access is provided so users can test basic compatibility before purchasing paid access. Users should check that the service works for their device, network and intended lawful use before buying a paid plan.
Paid access normally starts shortly after payment confirmation. Because the service is digital and access may be activated immediately, refund eligibility may depend on applicable consumer law, payment provider rules, tariff duration, activation status, actual use, technical circumstances and abuse-prevention requirements.
Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by this Policy. If applicable law gives the user a cancellation, refund or other statutory right, COVACHI will handle the request according to that law.
Refunds may be considered where payment was duplicated, the wrong plan was charged, paid access was not issued due to a COVACHI-side technical error, or a COVACHI-side technical issue prevents use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Refunds may be refused or reduced where access was successfully issued and used, the problem is caused by the user device, third-party app, local network, unsupported configuration, breach of Terms, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or circumstances outside COVACHI control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To request a refund, contact support@covachi.com with the account email, payment reference, payment date, selected plan and a short explanation of the issue. COVACHI may request reasonable diagnostic information to verify the problem.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network or other intermediary.
COVACHI may offer an access extension, replacement access, technical assistance or refund depending on the case. Support decisions should be consistent with this Policy, the Terms of Service and applicable law.
